A deposit of £35 per person is required when booking. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation. If balance is paid by cheque, payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival.

In the case of a telephone booking, a room will be held for 4 working days to allow your deposit to reach us by 1st class post. When this period has lapsed, we will release the room.

Your attention is drawn to your liability with regards to cancellation. Upon confirmation of your booking, you are liable to two thirds of the tariff for the period the room is not taken. It is strongly advised therefore that insurance cover is obtained.

There is no reduction made for late arrivals, early departures, temporary absences or for meals not taken, (where meals are part of the tariff).

Your room will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
